ManBetX has expanded its LaLiga sponsorship, as it becomes Real Madrid’s new regional partner for Asia. The deal is set to take place over two years, and will cover the 2018-8 and 2019-20 seasons, with ManBetX to be the club’s latest regional sports betting sponsor in sports across most of the Asian continent.
Real Madrid has stated that the partnership will allow the team to connect with more people across Asia, but that the agreement will also benefit ManBetX’s presence within the Spanish market. Earlier in the year, ManBetX signed a deal to become the Asian betting partner of LaLiga, which currently operates the top two divisions of club football within Spain.
Real Madrid’s Emilio Burtagueno, who is the director of institutional relations for the club, told reporters that it’s a great honour for them to be able to link their name with a prestigious international brand leader, and that the union will enable them to move closer to fans within the Asian region.
ManBetX is also the official shirt sponsor of English Premier League Club Crystal Palace, and that it made a previous deal to become an international partner in the Italian Series A top-tier within Asia.
Along with their football deals, the operator has had some commercial signings in place with World Snooker as part of its current market expansion efforts. Real Madrid, along with rivals Barcelona, have also signed sponsorship deals with online betting company, Tempobet.
