Yggdrasil Ready To Kick-off 2018
To round out 2017 Yggdrasil announced a few more content deals that would see them offer their state of the art gaming software to leading operators in Denmark and Italy. As developers race to move into new regulated markets competition is hotting up, but few developers can compete with Yggdrasil when it comes to originality and quality.
The new deals signed with Eurobet and LeoVegas will also see Yggdrasil expanding the footprint of their BOOST and BRAG services that help casino gamers integrate their gaming into a full social media experience which plays a large role in retention.
Even as the year drew to close the company was still making moves to secure its 2018 financial year. Yggdrasil’s 2017 certainly set the stage for the company entering the New Year. They will be hoping to capitalise on the gains made during the year as quickly as possible.
As gaming industry regulation tightens in many countries and the potential of US online gambling expansion looming, Yggdrasil will need to stay on their toes to keep growing their market footprint the way they have done throughout 2017.
Italian Distribution Secured
Yggdrasil’s content deal with Eurobet gives the developer exposure in Italy. Eurobet will be offering Yggdrasil slots and more. CEO Frederik Elmqvist said that Yggdrasil is making significant progress in Italy and its new deal is another foothold for the developer.
He also stated that being partnered with such a respected operator is also a key player in the company’s continued success. Alfredo Melloni, head of Eurobet said that as their company places much emphasis on innovation it was a natural fit to sign with Yggdrasil.
LeoVegas Content Deal In Denmark
A very similar sentiment was given by Karolina Pelc from LeoVegas who recently signed a content deal with Yggdrasil for content in Denmark. She reiterated that they have had an excellent working relationship with Yggdrasil for years and this new content deal was just a natural decision for them.
She also stated that Yggdrasil’s games are very popular in Nordic regions, which makes sense as Yggdrasil themselves are a Nordic company.
Again as with Eurobet, this content deal also includes Yggdrasil’s custom BRAG and BOOST backend services that will surely enhance play for LeoVegas’s Denmark audience. As more and more gamblers get to deal with Yggdrasil’s software the more their brand grows since they have such unique content that simply stands out when placed next to their competitors.
