Yggdrasil To Team Up With SkillOnNet

Even though the company is little more than 4 years old, Yggdrasil has quickly become one of the most respected and sought-after developers. In a huge deal announced this week, Yggdrasil revealed that they have partnered with the massive online casino platform SkillOnNet.

The young developer will be providing game content to SkillOnNet casinos which number into the hundreds. This is one of the biggest deals that Yggdrasil have signed in their lifetime and it will be a massive win for the company to get their great games out to such a wide and diverse audience as the SkillOnNet market provides casino gaming to.

As an additional boost for both companies, Yggdrasil will also be bringing along their BOOST and BRAG software to increase social engagement and reach for both developers.

A Beneficial Partnership

Yggdrasil CEO Fredrik Elmqvist has stated that they are looking forward to providing rewarding content for the loyal SkillOnNet user base. Head of Sales for SKillOnNet, Michael Golembo, reiterated this message and stated that SkillOnNet operates across a variety of European Markets that are very competitive, so whatever edge in content they can get, they will grab.

The partnership with Yggdrasil increased their library of original gaming content dramatically which bodes well for the company’s future expansion.

He also reiterated what a win the unique integrated marketing tools that Yggdrasil will be bringing to the table is for SkillOnNet.

A Once In A Lifetime Chance

Yggdrasil’s unique content really makes their games jump from the screen. They are a relatively young company and as such, they do not have the massive library of games the bigger developers can offer, but there are very few companies that can match Yggdrsil’s unique approach to slots and casino games.

Their games will be a welcome addition to the SkillOnNet library, which currently numbers more than 100 titles.

SkillOnnet can also do with a bit of a marketing boost after allegations emerged that the company provided Video Poker games to online casino operators that were customisable by the operator, leading to manipulations of many games. These allegations were made between 2009 and 2012 but SKillOnNet is still struggling to shake the happening.

Yggdrasil, in this sense, is also a great partner for SKillOnNet thanks to their focus on social media integration. This would be the perfect opportunity for SkillOnNet to leverage one of their partners and improve their social image with gamblers. It would certainly boost their user base and improve their profitability.
