Online gaming and systems operator, Scientific Games Corporation has announced their signing of an agreement between them and the Pennsylvanian Lottery, promising a series of mobile and online games that will be made available to the public at a later stage.
The firm, which is based in Las Vegas, told reporters that the agreement between the two parties will see Pennsylvania offering players the chance of winning a maximum of $250000. The Lottery comes alongside a number of other games that were recently acquired from the NYX Gaming Group Limited subsidiary, with games including Volcano Eruption, Big Money Slingo, Bigfoot, Super Cash Buster, and Cash Buster Towers. The games will be available both on desktop and mobile devices.
The deal comes at a time when the laws on online gambling in the United States are in a state of change, and Pennsylvania will become the seventh state to begin allowing inhabitants the ability to cash in on the online lottery games that they play.
Global Lottery Systems Senior Vice President Pat McHugh stated that the firm has an extended history of experience when it comes to investing in online games technology and services in order to maximise the lottery funds that are available to the 13 million inhabitants that currently reside in the state. He went on to explain that their lottery is one of he highest performing in the world, with many of the billions made being put back into the community.
