Scientific Games has announced that they have successfully managed to launch their latest generation omni-channel gaming system for the Canadian Atlantic Lottery. It is now live, and the new system is able to support retail sales of lottery gaming as well as those online, and even mobile sales for a number of provinces.
The new system supports several games, including draw and digital instant games, iBingo, and sports bets. Provinces that will be offering the new gaming system include Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Labrador, and New Brunswick. The system was made to include the Player Account Management system, as well, and this will assist those playing the Atlantic Lottery to purchase a range of lottery products with just one wallet.
Brent Scrimshaw, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Atlantic Lottery, commented on the new system in a press release. He stated that the Atlantic Lottery has pledged to reinvent and renew itself through the introduction of innovative, enhanced products and services that are now empowered by the Scientific Games’ advanced systems technology. The statement went on to say that they looked forward to being able to provide new entertainment experiences, to expanding the spaces in which they operated, and to, ultimately, starting off the next phase of the company’s responsible growth.
The AEGIS®gaming system and Sciplay™ iLottery platform of Scientific Games is the technology involved in the new system, and, thanks to these features, Scientific Games content, along with that of third parties, can be easily integrated into Atlantic Lottery products.
