Upcoming Halloween Releases

It is Halloween time across the globe and slot developers are ready as usually with a collection of tricks and treats for slot fans. This month has already seen some great titles being released by big names but two smaller developers, Magnet Gaming and Leander also have a few aces of their sleeve.

Magnet Gaming has revealed their generically titled Haunted House slot while Leander has revealed the equally generically titled Trick or Treat. Despite their bland names, these two slots crack up the fun and features to 10.

Haunted House From Magnet Gaming

Haunted House is a three reel slot but it is quite distinct form classic slot games. The3 reels are covered by 8 paylines so there is ample opportunity for great rewards with this title. What immediately grabs you by the chest is the spooky atmosphere this slot has. Even though the reel symbols are animated objects, there is still a great creepy aesthetic that is created by the music and ambience.

Thomas Nielsen from Magnet gaming stated that they wish to bring something fresh to the competitive slot market. Haunted House is the perfect Halloween title which they hope players will feel as well.

With its two progressive jackpots and variety of bonus features including a free spins round and a ghost chasing round, Haunted House is sure to gain many followers. It certainly would have been a huge benefit if they could have used a more creative title to make this unique slot get the attention it deserves.

Trick Or Treat From Leander

Trick or Treat has a much more fun and cartoony feel to the proceedings as compared to Haunted House. Using great looking 3D graphics and an entertaining soundtrack, Trick or Treat should do very well in the Halloween season. It features 30 paylines, a 6000 coin jackpot and great animations.

It features a free spins round where you can unlock up to 20 free spins that also feature a 2x multiplier to increase your rewards. You can also double any winnings with the amusingly animated Gamble feature.

Both these titles make the perfect accompaniment to a Halloween night. While their titles certainly don’t inspire any originality, the slots themselves are ghoulishly playable. They offer players two quite different experiences with Haunted House focusing on a great mood whereas Trick or Treat sticks to the conventions of modern video slots.
