Aspire Global, the leading provider of complete iGaming solutions for operators and white labels, has announced that Jesper Kärrbrink has been appointed as Chairman of Pariplay, the aggregator and game developer, with immediate effect. Until recently, Kärrbrink was Chief Executive Officer at Mr Green and Svenska Spel, leaving the former gambling company after it was purchased by William Hill plc.
Kärrbrink described Pariplay as an exciting company holding on to its strong position during a time of transition for the iGaming industry as a whole. He said that he’s eager to support the firm’s management team by strengthening what the company has to offer operators in terms of competitive strength and innovation.
Aspire Global’s Pariplay acquisition occurred in November last year when they bought it for just over €13 million from casino gaming services developer GMS Entertainment. The entity has just closed a strong year of growth after weaker performance in the last quarter of 2019.
Chief Executive Officer for the company Tsachi Maimon said that Kärrbrink brings his long experience in the iGaming industry as a whole and game development in particular to his new position. He said that the firm has high expectations for Kärrbrink and Pariplay and hopes that their new acquisition benefits from a refinement of its strategy by the realisation of its full potential under the new Chairman.
