Aspire Global has finalized its purchase of B2B supplier Pariplay online gaming services provider. Under the terms of a deal agreed in June, Aspire acquired 100% of the stock of GMS Entertainment Ltd, Pariplay’s operator, for € 13.1 m (£ 11.7m/$14.4 m) Aspire said that Pariplay’s acquisition will allow it to manage another part of the iGaming value chain, which in turn will help to create synergies, broaden its product portfolio and provide a platform for the distribution and selling of proprietary games.
The company added that by 2020, it expects the transaction to have a positive impact on earnings due to interest, tax, deprecation and amortization. It is not predicted, however, to have any material impact on the financial results of Aspire for 2019.
Talking about the new deal, Chief executive at Aspire, Tsachi Maimon, said that the acquisition is in line with their B2B development and internal games M&A strategy. He continued, saying that Pariplay integration will help them monitor another crucial part of the iGaming value-chain, which will give them the chance to reduce casts, increase their portfolio, and offer a platform for distributing proprietary games beyond Global Aspire’s current network. He added that they currently hold a licence for New Jersey that will allow the operator to spearhead operations within the US market.
Pariplay’s software portfolio includes hundreds of proprietary game titles as well as over 2,000 games from different third-party suppliers. The portfolio is accredited in several markets in Europe, along with New Jersey in the USA.
