EveryMatrix Shuts Down B2C Operations

September 25, 2019 by

Gambling technology supplier and casino and betting white label operator EveryMatrix has chosen to close down its B2C white label activities in the UK following the UK Gambling Commission’s latest suspension of its B2C permit. In a declaration on its official website, the firm announced its judgment today and stated that its B2B software provision permit will stay active. This implies that EveryMatrix can proceed to provide UK-facing companies with online gambling technology alternatives, along with other markets around the world, such as the Americas.

In 2014, each Matrix introduced its white label activities for the first time. The firm stated that it was compelled to regard its local B2C business “irreparably harmed” after “many years of good and unproblematic B2C activities in the UK,” despite its attempts to demonstrate to the UK Gambling Commission that it was able to operate in a “secure, accountable and consistent way.”

EveryMatrix also stated that their permit would stay revoked soon afterwards until it could prove that it had taken the required measures to guarantee that its white label activities were fully consistent with a number of social responsibility commitments under its licence. The firm also disclosed that the Gambling Commission had raised doubts about how it handled client relationships with its B2C white label products.

EveryMatrix said previously this month that it saw its suspension of permit as a chance to reinforce its enforcement processes and procedures. The firm even tapped gambling enforcement start-up beBettor to radically enhance its operational adherence on the UK market.
