NYX Continues Expansion Strategy

It has been a great month for NYX Gaming. The developer recently sealed a deal with Finnish operator PAF. This will provide PAF with games from NYX’s four in house studios along with 40 other affiliated third party studios.

PAF will be making use of NYX’s integrated OGS platform to help modernise their online gambling offerings. NYX would now have access to markets in Sweden, Estonia, Finland and Spain through PAF. Commercial Director for NYX, Andrew Maclean said that the company is very much looking forward to working with PAF.

NYX will also be coinciding this launch with their special Free Rounds promotion which will award operator’s members with free spins and more. Kim Johansson from PAF said that they are also very excited for this deal with NYX as they will ensure an amazing library of games for their customers. NYX has also bolstered their position in the US after signing a deal with Betfair US to provide gaming content. With fingers in Asia, Europe and the US, NYX are certainly in an enviable position.

Brand New Content For NYX Operators

NYX have also secured their position on the world gaming market as a top provider after they signed a content deal with Pragmatic Play, despite recent negative press regarding the quality of their games. CBO for Pragmatic Play, Yossi Barzley stated that they will now have access to a market of over 150 operators. They also said that NYX’s belief in the company will help them truly realise their potential and promise.

Dylan Slaney from NYX further reiterated these sentiments by saying that to remain competitive the company needs to partner with innovative and diverse software partners. A deal with Pragmatic Play was a no brainer for NYX.

NYX Merger Given Green Light

Earlier this month it also seems that the proposed Scientific Games and NYX merger has been given the green light. Originally there was strong opposition to the merger especially from the US and William Hill, but Hill along with the SkyBet group has voiced their support.

It is said that Scientific Games has financially settled with a few parties and also offered new commercial deals to help convince operators that the aquisition will be a mutually beneficial arrangement.

NYX’s OGS or Open Gaming System has been an incredible asset in the company’s growth. Their new Free Rounds promotion has also been a driver of their popularity. 2018 looks set to be a fantastic year for this company and deservedly so.
